Vocabulary and Notes:
Force - A push or a pull on an object
Work - When a force moves and object a distance. Written as Work = Force x Distance
Energy - An object's ability to do work. It's what an object has if it's moving or if it has the potential to move.
A. Main Types of Energy
1. Kinetic - Energy an object has due to motion (working)
2. Potential - Energy an object has, giving it the ability to move. (stored)
B. Energy is measured in Joules (J) or Newton Meters (N/m)
